Mira Costa infielder Will Proctor was selected to the Milwaukee Brewers roster on the Area Code Games, which will take place Aug. 9-11 at Long Beach’s Blair Field. Top players from around the nation make up the nine teams competing. Proctor batted .333 for co-Bay League champion Mira Costa as a junior.
Joining Proctor on the Brewers will be pitcher Nolan Martinez of Culver City, a St. Bernard transfer.
