The host Chadwick girls tennis team won eight of nine singles sets and dominated Lynwood during a 16-2 victory in the first round of the CIF Southern Section Division 3 playoffs on Wednesday.
Isabelle Garvanne led the way in singles by sweeping her three sets. The doubles teams of Natalie Bogert-Andi Claman and Michelle Renslo-Lauren Tong also swept for Chadwick, which captured the Prep League title this season.
Chadwick (12-4) takes on the Cerritos-Lakewood winner in the second round on Friday.
